Materials & craft
Montalore leather goods are crafted from high-quality, full-grain leather - chosen for how it wears in over time, not just how it looks on day one.
Leather is a natural material and will evolve with use. With time, it softens and develops subtle character, which is part of its appeal - not a flaw.
Care
To preserve its appearance:
- Avoid prolonged exposure to water, direct sunlight, heat, or excessive humidity
- If the leather comes into contact with water, gently pat dry with a soft cloth
- Keep away from oils, perfumes, ink, and cosmetics, which may stain the leather
During use:
- Avoid overfilling to maintain the original shape
- Be mindful of friction with rough or dark fabrics, which may cause wear or color transfer
When not in use:
- Store in a dry place, away from direct light
- Use the dust bag to help protect the leather and retain its shape
Proper care will help your Montalore piece maintain its quality and appearance over time.
